A small drain cover broken

The drain cover which is on Daventry road close to the junction with Sheperds Hill was broken by contractors when they installed sevices to the Flying fields estate about 5 months ago it has been covered by a traffic cone and sand bag. This makes it impossible for people with wheel chairs or mobility scooters to get past, resulting in them having to find an alternative route.
