Loose manhole, surrounded by worn tarmac, on Rugby Road, near Crescent Garage, on that side of the road. Every vehicle that passes drives over it and it clangs throughout the day and night.

The pothole and/loose manhole has been evident for at least 2 months and has been reported once via our local councillor but no action as yet. The pothole seems to be deteriorating hence causing the manhole to be moved as vehicles drive over it. The noise is becoming a nuisance.
