Poor parking

This family regularly double parks on the street making the street dangerous go pedestrians and road users. The road is a blind entry and there have been many near misses as cars come in and out of the close. I was struggling to get my car down to my house and worry about getting my child (due in sept) down the street safely. The other residents have spoken to the family but to no avail. This is a potentially dangerous parking situation. As a pedestrian- I am unable to safely use the path without being at risk.
