Double parking and parking on junctions

During office hours from 8am-6pm cars are parked on both sides of the road meaning that there has been a number of near misses in terms of car accidents. As this is on a bend it is hard to see cars from the top of the road and the bottom. Not only that cars are parked on junctions into the office sites which also causes problems for seeing cars pull out etc. This could do with double yellow lines down.
