This entrance to the Stoke Park underpass is and has been consistently flooded though the winter aggravate by council vehicle carrying mud on wheels, this is un passable by foot and very slippery by push bike, school children have great difficulty getting around it as it block the whole entry/exit. This happens every year without resolution despite council notices saying the entrances to Stoke park were to be cleared for good access.
