Waste in black bags on top of fibre street cabinet

Reported in the Street Cleansing category anonymously at 10:57, Tuesday 19 March 2019 using FixMyStreet Pro

Sent to Bromley Council 3 minutes later

House hold rubbish is still being left in Andover road on top of the green fibre cabinet , by the fence at the rear of Kelvin parade. We think its being put out by occupants of the flats above the shops on Kelvin parade. As you can see by the pictures the bags are ripped open by the foxes. No attempt is then made to pick up the spilled rubbish up. Can the contents be checked for the owners !!

  • Rubbish is still there and still scattered over the pavement . The rubbish is being blown into peoples gardens causing a nuisance.I have personally picked up some of the rubbish but the next day there is more rubbish as the foxes come back each night.
