We have investigated this report and found the vehicle to be taxed therefore no further action will be taken. Please note that from 01 October 2014 it is no longer a legal requirement to display a tax disc.

Bromley has the powers to deal with abandoned or untaxed vehicles only. Insurance or MOT issues should be directed to the Police as we do not have the statutory powers to deal with this type of offence.
