This van (DY52 LTX is still abandoned - just looked at google earth and it hasn't moved since 2016! Although it is taxed and has an mot it is an eyesore and is now covered in graffiti.

The vehicle is not considered abandoned, it is taxed and parked legally and no further action is planned at this time.

Seen your previous responses in regards to this vechile. Car hasnt moved since 2016, rusted, covered in graffiti, wheels are completely flat. I fail to see how this could possibly pass an MOT. Absolute waste of a car space and shouldn't be causing an eye sore and an environmental issue on this street any longer.

This van (DY52 LTX) has been in this position without moving since at least 2016 (checked on Google earth) there are large deposits of soil and weeds growing underneath this vehicle. Although I am no expert on this, this is presumably damaging the surface of the road. I am sure your legal department will confirm that there is a reported case where a council have removed vehicles as they are damaging the surface of the road.
