Cars parking in Middle of road and at the back street with no permits

Sent to Leeds City Council 5 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1576263.

People are constantly parking at the back of Westlock Avenue, blocking access for the bin men. People are also constantly parking in the middle of the road and on the other side of the road.. All without permits. This happens daily.
