Orchard street is full of pot holes and poor grade of surface on both the pavements and the highway. There is no road drainage in place and the fall of the road isn't condusive to a good water flow. The gaps at the edge of the road lead let water collect there as some form of soak away. The road surface is breaking up in places as shown in the photos.

Incorrect and inconsistant falls in the road and no drains mean the water collecting at the edges doesn't get to the collection point and the end of Orchard st. This effects the pavement causing heave and uneven footing. The road surface is breaking up and the parking lines are incomplete.

A citizen rang today to complain about the pavement state on this road, uneven surface and many potholes and damaged slabs. Please investigate as there are many citizens complaining about this street. Many thanks, DT
