Dog poo bins not emptied & is full (both bins) since last Wednesday

I am constantly having to pick up othe dogs mess, as we have some owners that feel they need to follow the law!

We have had the 2 bins full since last Wednesday which will not encourage peopl to use them

Please can they be emptied Asap

Usually they are emptied regularly and I have never had to request it, so not sure if it just got missed off the round
