The westbound part of the A2011 at this point always floods often cross one of the two carriageways. It has been like this for 12 years. The remedy is quite straightforward just requiring a small gully into the woods on the side to be dug out by about 30cm

It is a potentially fatal hazard that never seems to get any attention (for years and years) by the authorities and is never marked as a Flood either. The speed limit here is 70mph.
