This has been unresolved for over two months, may I enquire what the problem is in getting this repaired. May I also ask what your SLA is with your minor works contractor to get this type of repair completed.

Now nearly three months since reported, what on earth is the hold up? This isn’t good is it? Please advise.

We have chased up our contractor and are waiting to hear back with a commencement date. We apologise for the inconvenience.

Hello. How are we doing with that commencement date? This makes a mockery of your timescale of 35 days to complete this type of work - we’re now 105 days since reported. Complaint to Nigel Davies is next unless this gets resolved quickly. Thanks.

It is most unfortunate that the work remains incomplete because of its complexity in avoiding traffic disruptions. Further consultations are due to take place this week with our contractor with a firm commitment to complete the repairs.

It is not acceptable that you cite the reason for not getting this completed as "complexity in avoiding traffic disruptions" - It is School holidays, there are all manner of extremely disruptive roadworks that are/have been, going on across the Borough. In case it had not occurred to you, this pothole sits on the roundabout exit-line most vehicles with 2-wheel users are at particular risk having to run-over or run wide to avoid it. Stop making excuses and just get it done before this pothole causes a serious accident and the finger of blame is rightly pointed at LBB who have let this risk exist since mid-March
