Pathway nearly always flooded

This area is often flooded and people have created a new path by avoiding it. Maybe it would be a good idea to create a new path as shown in the pic - following the one that people have created to avoid the water. I say this as it can be very slippy and someone will fall over - and make a claim. Please have a look at it.
