The drain in the road opposite stour lodge in Sandown road CT13 9JZ keeps blocking up and flooding the road. The main cause is that leaves dropped from trees are never cleared up because cars are allways parcked when the street cleaner machine arrives. The road should be coned off some times to prevent parking so the road can be cleaned
