Lower Gravel Road full of rubbish

Is anything ever going to be done to cut down on the litter issue in Lower Gravel Road? I watch those working at Scrubbs Farm casually dropping litter, on the pavements, in the road and in residents' gardens on a daily basis. The businesses should be held responsible for this and offer some form of litter clearance on a regular basis. There are always discarded cans and bottles in the road, along with other items. This is a daily occurrence and is an eyesore. We as residents should not have to put up with this. Notices need to be put in strategic places in the road warning of the penalties of dropping litter. Thank you.
