Traffic deviation sign badly damaged and another with minor damage

One sign visible for some distance along Standing Way has been damaged for some weeks / months, but has in the last week completely fallen down (perhaps helped by wind) not only resulting in less effective signage, but moreover giving a poor environmental regard to the upkeep of the city. Another sign on this roundabout has clearly been given a hefty clout leaving it bent and unsightly.
