Plastic sheeting embedded in tree canopy

This large piece of prominent windblown plastic material has embedded itself in the tree canopy for at least six months now with no likely sign that it will dislodge from the tree naturally. It is a visual eyesore and the pinnacle of a general litter problem along MK boulevards that brings down the tone of the city. It needs to be resolved through nothing short of manual removal with a cherry picker.
