Road surface breaking up
Reported in the Pothole category by Mr Mark Melbourne at 18:40, Monday 11 March 2019 using FixMyStreet Pro
Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 4 minutes later. Council ref: 1568693.
The stretch of Gravel Hill from Market Place up the hill until Paradise Road is littered with potholes and sub standard repairs. Cars are now swerving across the road to avoid the holes and uneven surface. It is only a matter of time before a serious accident occurs. This road surface has been deteriorating since i have been using the road, approx Jan 2019.
Thank you for your enquiry. This issue has been passed onto the relevant team for investigation.

Cars and bikes are swerving and moving into the centre of the road to avoid the potholes, badly patched up road and gravel/manholes. I witnessed a near miss today (15/04/2019). It is only a matter of time before someone is injured or killed. I am making this update public to assist in any legal case that may be brought against the Oxfordshire County Council for the failure to fix the road surface which seems to be getting worse.
