Hedgerow/bushes overhang up to 50% of the footway - a persistent problem. This is on the inside of a "blind bend", that is busy with traffic passing close, and the footway itself is adversely cambered towards the roadway; this obstruction causes unnecessary danger to many pedestrians, including schoolchildren.
