This 2 m high chain-link fence in the central reservation has been down for at least a year and a half and is a complete eyesore. It is unclear what the purpose of this fence is but certainly has no useful purpose lying on the ground and can only make grass maintenance difficult if not impossible. In not serving any useful purpose it should be removed, otherwise fixed.
