Sunken manhole and loose cover causing noise

This particular noisy cover is on a sunken manhole directly opposite the shop at 19 loose road.

Its been like this for 2 months now. Its not the first time either, it's been repaired several times previously.

The road is possibly the busiest in Maidstone, with heavy traffic, every few seconds it sounds like a shotgun is being fired.

The noise is unbearable at night, particularly when HGV's pass over it.

Please can someone ensure the issue is fixed properly this time.
