Lack of speed restriction signs

When turning right onto Sandown Road heading to Sandwich Bay from George's Road, there is NO 30mph sign. This lack of signage results in many, many cars driving at excessive speeds putting other road users and sidewalk users - mother's with buggies, schoolchildren, disabled vehicle users, cyclists ( UK cycle route 1 and extremely busy) at severe risk of harm.
