Cars blocking pavement on hayley common

Cars, vans and even flat bed trucks regularly park on the pavement / corner of hayley common. This totally blocks the pavement and partly blocks the road making it hazardous for pedestrians and vehicles. Emergency services would have problems passing them. There are often spaces on the adjacent hardstand and vehicles are regularly left from early evening to mid morning.
