Flooded pathway and road, possibly due to blocked drain, on the left as you come to traffic lights at Segensworth Roundabout going East.

I came across this on Sunday as I'm not local to the area but my Mother, who is local, says it has been a problem for a while. Was unable to photograph as I was driving. Causing cars to have to go into right lane to avoid the puddle in left hand lane.
