Continual parking on grass and over pavement.

Reported in the Car parking category anonymously at 20:19, Tuesday 5 March 2019

Sent to St Edmundsbury Borough Council 1 minute later

Parking on grass is damaging the grass - if this is necessary change it to parking! The parking on kerb across pavement means pedestrians cannot get through in particular prams and mobility wheels, let alone cars. Emergency vehicles and large vehicles are unable to get through at some times. Refuse collectors often have to reverse to get to houses. We should be able to walk along the pavement and use the green areas. This has been reported before and there are no parking signs on the green that are ignored - this is worse at the weekend and evenings but often during day. This runs from 21 - round to 36 Elmhurst Close CB9 8EQ. A number of elderly people find this a great problem.
