Drain making parking spaces sink

Sent to Hull City Council 1 minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 1562337.

The drain concrete surrounding it is all smashed and cracked which is caving inwards. The drain is blocked causing flooding issues.

Reports will investigated within 48 hours (Mon to Fri only) and work to clean/repair will be carried out between 1-6 weeks depending on the severity of the problem.

Still not rectified after 3 years of reporting the issue. This is car parking for the shops but as you can see it, it's flooded.

In the middle of the puddle and the same place i reported it to the council the first time.

Is there an update for this? the whole area of the drain is in need of repair. It's becoming a safety issue along with flooding.
