Sent to Hampshire County Council and Hart District Council 2 minutes later
It has becoming clear to criminals that there is no police presence in Hook. This has lead to more "scrap collectors" invading peoples private property all over Hook in search of scrap metal. There has also been an increase of fleecers/con-artists asking for money on London Road claiming to be from organisations like The Big Issue. These people have no form of identification and when challenged become hostile and flee, only for a new "seller" to appear a few days later. With the increase in council tax and HDC removing essential services like the School buses, a Police Station/Sub station should be reinstated. At least that way we will get something form our council tax money and make Hook a safer village again. I wont go into the council granting permission to build 1000's of more homes with NO infrastructure to support said homes. How will the people currently living in Hook send their kids to school if there is no places left? Send them to the next village? How YOU TOOK AWAY THE BUSES!!
