Reported anonymously at 22:17, Mon 4 March 2019 using FixMyStreet Pro
Sent to Oxford City Council and Oxfordshire County Council 3 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1561841.
Fallen trees have been stacked up - these are now being used as a meeting area and seating for alcohol/drug usage - people are openly using drugs / drinking alcohol during the day including when children are walking home from school via Peppercorn Avenue - please can you remove immediately to deter users from meeting in this very open public area. Thank you

This issue is still ongoing - people are gathering here with dogs roaming freely leaving people unable to walk their dogs - drink & drug misuse is clearly apparent - I would appreciate removal of these logs urgently, thanks

03/07/2019 - as yet this issue still remains unresolved - tonight has a large gathering of drunk / drug users with dogs of leads causing an antisocial nuisance - despite numerous reports this has still not been cleared - please can this be removed as a matter of urgency as it's impacting my child's night sleep due to the excessive noise and dogs barking
