Sent to Lincolnshire County Council 1 minute later. Council ref: 347961.

This is situated in the south bound carriageway and consists of a large steel service hatch which is starting to sink due to the substantial amount of HGV traffic that passes over it on a daily basis. Its not always easy to avoid due to the vast amount of vehicles that park on the north bound section of the road.
