Traffic bollard broken & dumped on roundabout

Reported in the Roads/highways category anonymously at 23:39, Fri 1 March 2019

Sent to Norfolk County Council 1 minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 1559118.

Downham Market. Junction of A1122 and Railway Road, near Heygates Mill and railway station.

A traffic bollard from one of the islands has been broken off and subsequently has been dumped on the (rather wonky), mini roundabout at this junction. Bollard has been there for about three weeks and obviously one of the approaches to the roundabout is now not correctly signed. Please refer to photos. Bollard is not secured to the roundabout and is a potential hazard to road users.
