Sent to Leicester City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 1558905.

There's a centre (ish) groove down Ethel rd between Wakerley Road junction right the way up to almost goodwood road junction. Causing an issue to motorcycles as they can't use the centre of the carriageway The persistent speeding issue coupled with having to ride on the left side of the Groove opens up the dangerous overtaking
