Large dirty rain pool congregates outside my front gate each time it rains
Reported in the Roads/highways category by Peter Martin at 22:53, Thu 28 February 2019
Sent to Dorset County Council 2 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1558228.
This has been repaired several times and still we end up with a large dirty pool in front of our gate. There is a grid nearby however the repair dips and the water cannot run off to it. This ends up with people walking by getting drenched by passing cars and the postman getting upset because he gets his feet wet every time. Please send help.

Council have been to assess and spoke with me. They will do their best to repair within the next 3 months. I will update once done.

Still awaiting repair, but in fairness they said within 3 months and know they are very busy.

Surveyor from Dorset council phoned me direct and was very helpful. There seems to be some confusion probably with the swap over with Dorset county council that the job had been completed. However the surveyor said he would come out and check the job and make sure that it was done. I will update once it has been.

Unfortunately the repairs the council completed two years ago have not worked. As you can see from the photo I continue to have what seems like a moat around my house when it rains. Please, please, please can someone help to solve this issue.
