URGENT PAVEMENT REPAIR NEEDED on Thameside pavement by archway to entrance of Red Lion Hotel car-park as my mother tripped and fell on the terrible uneven pavement and hit her head. There is a drain cover also sticking up on the pavement. She ended up in Royal Berks having a CT scan for her head, and has 2 cracked ribs and a damaged face and bruised all over. Completely unnecessary and could have happened to anybody.
