Parking on B4093 on dangerous bend

In the past few months vehicles have started to park on both sides of the B4093 on a very dangerous bend in the road. During the working day on one side of the road there have been eight cars parked and directly opposite two cars have been parked. There is room for one car to travel on this road BUT the visibility is very bad and there have been many near misses as vehicles have tried to navigate this road from both directions. Can consideration be given to extending the double yellow lines down the one side of the road past the dangerous bend in the road, this would be on the opposite side of the road to the existing houses and therefore remove an extremely dangerous road situation.
