Routine dog fouling on braehead way around entrance to shops and on the pavement opposite

This problem has escalated in recent weeks. In addition, there are numerous little black bags of dog mess being dropped on the pavements and grassed areas off Balgownie Road despite the existence of dog bins. Some signage is required to remind these anti social louts that they are breaking the law..whether or not the mess is contained in a wee black bag!
