Increase in Dog mess

Reported in the Dog fouling category anonymously at 13:15, Wed 19 January 2011

Sent to Weymouth and Portland Borough Council 5 minutes later

There has been an significant increase in dog mess and rubbish in the alley that runs from Netherton Road to Rodwell Avenue since Xmas and this has created a public health problem as dog owners no longer appear to feel they need to pick up their dogs mess as there is no litter bin or adequate supervision by the council I.E cctv (even without a film it would be a deterrent!)
