Dirty payment due to bird poo ,due to tree getting too large in front of our bungalow

We have a large tree in front of our bungalow ,(on council grass verge ,) which we have complained about previously getting too large , we have lived here for 31 years , and trying to clean this mess up due to bird poo is now causing a problem not only to us but also to also pedestrians , Driving our car into our garage over it is another concern to us, the grass verge is a mess due to different utility companies digging it up several times and that needs replacing also Leaves from that tree are causing problems too they are now blowing into our gutters at the back of the bungalow and as well as the front , Would you please look into this matter , it is very distressing
