Extremely offensive racist graffiti

Sent to Hampshire County Council 1 minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 1553365.

Racist, exceedingly offensive directed at people with a specific European nationality under the motorway bridge suggesting that all people of this nationality should be "deported".

This graffiti is on a public right of way (the byway linking Swanwick Lane and Glen Road) and therefore in clear view.
