Extremely poor road surface/holes in road

Sent to Swindon Borough Council 2 minutes later
From Westmill Bridge heading along the B4508 towards the junction that meets the B4000 (towards Shrivenham left or Highworth right). This has been reported on many occasions but no action appears to have been taken. The road surface along here is extremely poor - especially on the bend as you approach Westmill Bridge with vehicles frequently driving in the middle of the road to avoid it. All the way up towards the B4000 the road surface is rough and deteriorating very badly. This road was opened to 'any vehicle' when the bridge was strengthened in November 2017. As a daily user of this road I am frequently met with lorries including arctics which is only adding to the issue of the road surface. It would be great if you could investigate this entire road up to Westmill Bridge (the bit after that towards the A420 is the responsibility of Oxford and I have reported this stretch separately to them), however this bit definitely says it is your responsibility. Where the road is deteriorating so badly there are at least 4 different road surfaces that are exposed and it desperately needs looking at. Thank you in advance.
