Poor road surface on Minerva Avenue Dover

Minerva Avenue from bottom of the street up to Mayfield Road, is in very poor condition and hasn’t been fully resurfaced in more than 12 years. Patched yes, but Barton Road and Heathfield have both been resurfaced fully at least once during that time. It’s a one way street but we consistently see drivers driving the wrong way down to the Cherry Tree lights. Signage Appears to be insufficient. Potholes, loose stones, exposed cobbles and overall poor grip from the surface for such a steep hill. Could a review be undertaken to rectify?
