Ilegal parking

Reported in the Abandoned vehicles category anonymously at 10:21, Wed 20 February 2019 using FixMyStreet Pro

Sent to South Oxfordshire District Council 4 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1549645.

The Greenwood’s site continue to park scrap cars bought from auctions along with cars either being worked on or visiting the site on the double yellow lines . With the combination of rubbish that this site brings with items being dumped out of scrap cars into the ditch the double yellow lines cannot be seen in places and continues to get worse , several near misses regarding car safety with cars accessing this site blindly are common knowledge around here , double yellow lines need putting in right up to the gate of said premises so no cars are allowed to park outside the scrap yard full stop , rubbish brings rubbish , look at what’s dumped in the ditches for starters .

  • Scrap cars/vans still being parked on double yellow lines. In the last 10 days the amount has varied from 10-25!! Almost impossible to try and pass them all. Surely this problem needs sorting straight away. Very dangerous road now.
