Standing water at pinch point, both sides.

Reported by Paul Bone at 22:49, Tuesday 19 February 2019

Sent to Highways England less than a minute later

Flooding occurring either side of the road in wet weather, right where 2 lanes merge/split at end of dual carriageway. Road not lit and is accident black spot in the dark when flooding is present. Land to either side of the merge point drops away, so puddles would not form with better drainage.
