Sent to Wycombe District Council 3 minutes later

Last Friday 17th Feb in Lawsone Rise an ambulance struggled to go through cars parked on the pavement.(video footage) Someone had a stroke and in intensive care at the moment. We all know that a stroke is a medical emergency and urgent treatment is essential because the sooner a person receives treatment for a stroke, the less damage is likely to happen. The ambulance wasted few minutes to get past those cars parked on the pavement. Footpaths are for pedestrians not for cars. the Council should act now. (the Council told me to report this incident here)
