Pervious work not satisfactory

This footpath had been in a poor state of repair for a long time. In the last few weeks it has been 'patched up' but in my view it is not satisfactory for a couple of reasons. a) There is still a section of broken up path which has not been tarmaced, and b) the path (apart from one small section) has not been cleared of mud and decaying vegetation at either side, this has in fact been made worse by the contractors equipment using the narrow path churning up each side and spreading the muck.
Where the path has been done it is lovely. The mud and decaying vegetation at the very least needs to be scrapped off the path, however it would have been appreciated if the whole path was resurfaced to make it more useable. This path is used by many people, prams and school children (who arrive at school with muddy footwear). It is now single file in places and difficult to pass someone with out going on to the muddy verge.
Sorry to hijack your post but i'm getting sick and tired of reading posts like this , Council tax keeps going up and standards coming down , why don't you employ professionals instead of doing everything on the cheap you gravy train overpaid MUPPETS !!!
