Illuminated bollard knocked off its mounting - again!

The "keep left" bollard has been knocked off its mounting and needs resetting. The location is at the junction of Montgomery Road and Gardner Crescent.

I first reported this on 1st February, On the 5th it was back in position, so I marked it as fixed, but not it off broken again and lying on the site of the road. So I have raided it again.
