Dangerous junction

For traffic travelling under a34 from the West side and joining a34 southbound, it doesn't seem obvious that they need to give way to traffic travelling from whitchurch.

On several occasions I have experienced my a.b.s kicking in when traffic has failed to give way. I travel from whitchurch and onto the southbound a34. This is a 60mph road, and either overgrown grass and/or lack of obvious markings or signage, has meant several cars pulling in front of me almost causing accidents.
