Footpath being used by vehicles as a short cut

Hello,

There's a pedestrian and cycle path which links the Taylor Wimpey Lilley Meadows development with Fossil Lane. We have noticed evidence of vehicles using this footpath as a short-cut to enter and exit the development (please see photos attached). We are concerned about damage already appearing - one of the kerb edgings is already coming loose and the grass has been churned.

Are you able to advise on whether anything can be done?

Thank you for your time.

Best wishes,
