Pathway nearly impassable

Reported in the Pavements/footpaths category by Robert Norris at 12:40, Friday 15 February 2019 using FixMyStreet Pro

Sent to Hampshire County Council 5 minutes later

The passageway between moreton close and galley hill road is filled with horse chestnut kernels, leaves and other debris which is making it unusable by older people, as there is a significant risk of tripping or slipping. For instance, we have banned my 98 year old mother at 17 moreton close from using it to access the bus stop. As this is affecting her quality of life, we would respectfully ask that the pathway be cleared ASAP, thanks.

  • Still nothing done nearly 1 month after reporting this issue. In fact, Hampshire did respond, only to say that this was not their problem! So, forwarded the report to Hart Council as a way of getting round the obvious issue with fixmystreet reporting, but so far, nothing.
