Wheelie bins constantly blocking pavement.

The residents leave their wheelie bins out most days without any concern for residents, meaning people have to walk on to a dangerous part of the road. It is especially dangerous for children, parents with pushchairs, the elderly, and disabled. Also the bins are always overloaded which makes the street look very untidy with litter.
